Installation:
(1) Laying the keel: the horizontal keel spacing is ≤30cm (to enhance load-bearing capacity and prevent high temperature softening and deformation), and the vertical span is ≤40cm;
(2) Positioning the starting edge: leave a 10-15mm expansion joint away from the wall/fixed object (fixed with a positioning card). The floor slot faces the wall, and the screws are driven into the keel from the front at an angle of 45° (hiding the screw head), or using invisible buckles;
(3) Locking Splicing + Screw Fixing: align the male groove of the second floor with the female groove of the previous one, and tap it lightly with a rubber hammer to tighten it. The screws are driven vertically into the junction of the floor and the keel.
